Support
Write to us. A person reads it.
SprintText is small enough that support is not a ticket queue. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, tell us and you will get a reply from someone who can do something about it.
What to send
What helps us fix it faster.
-
What you expected, and what happened
One sentence each is plenty. “I typed yyy and a space and nothing expanded” is a better bug report than most.
-
Your device and iOS version
Found in Settings → General → About. Keyboard extensions behave differently across iOS versions more often than they should.
-
The shortcut involved
The trigger and roughly what it expands to. You do not need to send us the expansion text if it is private — its length and whether it contains placeholders is usually enough.
Common reasons to write
Things worth emailing about.
-
A bug, or a keyboard that misbehaves in one specific app
These are the most useful reports we get, because app-specific text field quirks are almost impossible to find without them.
-
Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store, so refunds and cancellations go through Apple — but if something has gone wrong, tell us and we will help you chase it.
-
Accessibility
If a part of the keyboard or the app is hard to use with VoiceOver, larger text or a switch control, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
-
Importing an existing library
Moving from another expansion tool? Tell us the format you can export and we will look at what it would take.
-
Privacy and data questions
The privacy approach and policy cover most of it. For anything they do not, write to privacy@sprinttext.com.
-
A feature you keep wishing existed
We will not promise to build it. We will read it, and a surprising amount of what gets built started as an email like that.
